Basaksehir coach is under big pressure because he can't win for a long time.
They also have to get a victory in Europe because they have only 1 point after 3 games.
In the last game, they almost defeated Copenhagen in away, conceded a late goal, it ended 2-2.
An other note is he started with regular goalkeeper against Copenhagen. In previous Europa League games, he started with 19 years old 3rd choice goalkeeper and he looked very in both games he played.
So I expect 1st choice or at least experienced 2nd choice goalkeeper to start in this game.
Petrocub is the worst team in the league by far. They lost 1-4 against Cyprus team Pafos, they lost 0-2 against Jagiellonia away and 0-3 at home against Rapid Wien.
Basaksehir play much better in home games in Europe.
I think they will get an easy win against poor Petrocub.
They also should try to get a big win as much as possible. Because goal difference can decide their fate at the end of 6 games. This is the easiest game they play. So they should go for 4-0, 5-0, 6-0, 7-0, they should always try to score one more goal.
@Valeo1988 Basaksehir played worse than I expected. Still, they deserved a 2-0 win, wasted some good chances in the 2nd half but it was more pleasure to see them 1-1 instead of 1-0. I hope coach sacked soon. No news about that yet. Basaksehir don't have "real fans" so they don't have fans pressure. So maybe he will keep staying, it's only up to president.
@Valeo1988 I need to check injuries but I did not see any important injury for them recently. But, coach decided to suspend midfielder Berkay Ozcan, probably because of discipline reasons. You know, especially in Balkan countries, when team is in a bad form, coach suspends some players as a warning message for everyone. but it did not work here. and maybe the players don't like the coach, I don't know. let's see what happens.
I didn't get to watch the game. How did Istanbul Rado play? Will they have a new coach on Saturday?@Rado
